CampusFlow is a student productivity app developed by Arpan Jain. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use the CampusFlow mobile application.

By creating an account or using CampusFlow, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Personal details: full name, email address, college name, degree, branch, academic year and date of birth.Account credentials: password (stored only as a hashed value, never in plain text) and one‑time passwords (OTPs) used for verification and password reset.Academic and productivity data: tasks, assignments, quizzes, notes, meeting slots, events, announcements and other items you create or receive inside the app.Shared content: note and document links that you or admins choose to share by URL.Device and usage information: basic technical data such as device type, operating system, IP address, timestamps, in‑app screens viewed and error logs, used only to improve stability, security and performance.
